The location was fantastic, right beside Piccadilly Gardens, making it easy to access transportation and explore the city center. It was also in a lively area with plenty of nightlife options nearby. The room was adequate for the price, with a comfortable bed and amenities like a good TV, bath, and drink-making facilities. The check-in process, although a bit lengthy, was simple and administrated correctly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right beside Piccadilly Gardens, making it very convenient for catching buses or trams to anywhere in the city. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Billy who dealt with a difficult situation nearby effectively. We also loved the period features of the hotel, such as the grand staircase and chandelier.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant, being right next to Piccadilly Gardens. It was so convenient to access the train station and all the shops, bars, and nightclubs in the town centre. The hotel was also very clean and hygienic, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and ensuring my safety and well-being during my time there. The breakfast provided was great as well. this hotel was fashionable, well-kept, and had helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being close to the train station and within walking distance of all the nightlife and amenities. It's really convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to assist us when we needed to change our room due to some noise issues. The hotel itself has a wonderful Victorian ambience and grandeur, making you feel like you're staying in a proper hotel. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. great value for money in a hotel with great facilities.
