We loved the modern and functional design of the rooms, especially the bathroom. The comfortable bed and peaceful atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location near Nolita and SoHo was incredibly convenient, with easy access to great neighborhoods and the best restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The rooftop bar provided a picturesque spot to relax and enjoy cocktails, with stunning views of the city from our 10th-floor room.

Not obvious to find.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The bar on the 21st floor, CloudM, offers stunning panoramic views of the city and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. The hotel room itself was unique in design and very comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. I loved that everything in the room could be controlled through an iPad, from the lights to the TV and even the temperature. The hotel also offered a great selection of current movies that guests could watch for free, adding an extra level of entertainment to my stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We loved the modern and artsy appearance of the hotel. The rooms on the 12th floor offered a nice view of the surroundings and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, right next to Bowery subway station and close to the SOHO restaurant district. The breakfast provided good value for the money and the staff were always friendly and attentive.

We loved the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from three subway stations that could get us to any part of Manhattan within 20 minutes. It was also great to have a variety of shops and restaurants in the vibrant Nolita/Soho area right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Luigy at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us find a misplaced package. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with unique features like changing colored lights in the shower and a self check-in and checkout experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was impeccable.
