I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, especially when it came to my great dane balance assistance service dog. I was treated very well. The hotel is very close to Biltmore and not far from the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's just down the road from the entrance to Biltmore Estate and conveniently located to everything in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a great selection of breakfast options in the morning. The showers were excellent, with plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to downtown and within walking distance of restaurants and businesses. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Skylar and Sabrina at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and remained well stocked, even towards the end of breakfast time. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located within an easy walk to the historic area of Biltmore, the Cellular Center, and is close to the Biltmore estate. The location to downtown Asheville was just perfect.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right in between Biltmore Village and Downtown. We could easily walk to the village and it was just a short drive to South Slope or West Ashe. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were great. The parking was convenient, with the option to park right outside our room on the second floor. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right off Hendersonville Road. The location was convenient for me as it was just outside the interstate, making it easy to visit my family in the next town. The hotel facilities were great, with a neat and clean room that had a fresh smell. They provided essential amenities like a refrigerator, iron, and hair dryer. The staff was helpful, and if I needed anything, all I had to do was call the front desk.
Can’t fault the property in any way.
