I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The pool area was fantastic, offering a great restaurant and a separate adult pool for some privacy. The gym and spa were clean and modern, and the staff, especially Rosa, were attentive and helpful. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant, 1919, which had some of the best food I've ever tasted. The chef, Juan Jose Cuevas, is truly talented. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and the rooms were well-adorned with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the ocean. The location is also convenient, close to the airport and in the Condado area with easy access to everything.

The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impressive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Transportation options were convenient, with the hotel being close to the airport.

The hotel had great architectural design and artwork displayed throughout, adding to its overall beauty. My room was spacious, bright, and had a fantastic terrace with amazing views. The staff was warm, friendly, and always helpful. I enjoyed the excellent food at Ola restaurant and had a great time at the sundeck, pools, and ocean access. The spacious gym was also a plus.

The customer service here is unbelievable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel like my needs were a top priority. The staff at the front desk were accommodating, even offering me an upgraded room with a balcony. The bellman, Frank Medina, went above and beyond, always greeting me with a smile and providing cold water after my run. The hotel's renovation is stunning, with modern and beautiful additions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar and awesome wifi were definite highlights. The location is perfect, with close proximity to both a nearby beach and a more secluded beach area outside of the city.

The hotel facilities were great, including a terrific gym with a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff doing an outstanding job. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the airport and right next to the closest beach. We also loved that there were numerous restaurants around the hotel, allowing us to try the delicious local cuisine.
