Lovely views and everything clean.
Well-kept room with exceptionally comfortable bed, free breakfast with lots of decent food. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. The hotel took care of the helpful service too. The location was stunning, right next to cleveland convention center.
Had a comfortable stay and can't wait to come back. This hotel was hip new, it provided fantastic service, and the rooms were welcoming. Particularly nice view of lake. The pool was good, good after a tiring day. Also, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.
The staff were cordial, the hotel was placed in the gorgeous building. The staff did all they can for a really nice stay. Bedroom was executive queen. I appreciated the absolutely perfect location, within 5 minutes ride to Burke Lakefront airport. Pool was great and beds were large. Moreover, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
