I had the most amazing time at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful facilities and a great location. I particularly enjoyed the beach area, where I spent most of my time. The staff there, especially Sandy, was exceptional and made my experience even better. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the restaurants were easy to access without having to worry about reservations. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! We loved the clean and beautiful beach, as well as the great location within easy walking distance to a flea market. The breakfast provided a large variety of options, and the staff were really nice and friendly.

The staff at this hotel are amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Special shoutouts to Janet, Edgar, the captains at El Patio and Himitsu, Laura, and the kids club staff. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was top-notch, and the spaciousness added to my comfort. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a variety of restaurants to choose from for both formal and casual dining. The beach was stunning, with crystal clear waters and plenty of beach chairs available. The hotel also offered a range of free activities, such as casino night, bingo, Zumba, and comedy shows, which were a great addition to my stay.

The room on the 8th floor had an amazing view and was cozy, with the double sink in the bathroom being a great feature. The beach was exceptional, with shallow water perfect for snorkeling near the rocks. The staff at the beach provided excellent service, always bringing drinks and ensuring a relaxing experience.
