We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff's genuine interest in us and providing an exceptional guest experience made us feel so welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities offered were top-notch. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city, and the helpful front desk staff provided us with useful transportation tips. Not to mention, the delicious breakfast served each morning was a great start to our day. We felt pampered and well taken care of by the attentive staff throughout our entire stay.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room had stunning views and all the necessary amenities. The conference rooms on the 32nd and 46th floors were perfect for my business needs. The food at the Allium restaurant was of very good quality. The staff throughout the hotel was nice and helpful. The location downtown on Delaware Place was convenient for accessing the Magnificent Mile in this city.
