I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient, as it was close to downtown, Wintrust Arena, and within walking distance to Chinatown. Additionally, the free breakfast was a great perk.

Cleanliness: The bathroom smelled fresh and clean, and the hotel overall was well maintained. Location: Very close to McCormic congress centre, and only a few train stops away from downtown. Also within walking distance to Chinatown, which was great. Breakfast: The grab and go option for breakfast was convenient. Staff: The staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to checkout.
No fresh towel sets were delivered as promised
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and spacious, with 3/4 of the walls being windows, which was a unique feature. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially loved the view of downtown Chicago from the 20th floor. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Chinatown and close to downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Alec at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast was delicious, and even though it was busy, they did a great job of replenishing items that ran out.
