We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to Union Square. We were able to easily explore the downtown area and access public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bag and bottle of Fizz in our room, which made our stay even more special. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even offered an alternative room when we found the first one unacceptable. the hotel facilities and the promptness of the staff exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's location was ideal, being close to great restaurants and just steps away from transportation and shops. It was also conveniently situated right on union square, opposite the Westin and Macy's. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor heated pool and inner courtyard, provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, offering helpful suggestions and assistance with any needs.

Our room was upgraded to a huge and comfortable suite, complete with a bottle of champagne and snacks. It was perfect for celebrating our special occasion. The hotel's location was superb, just a minute's walk from the cable cars and close to all the tourist attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. we were impressed with the helpful staff, good facilities, and cozy bed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was right next to Union Square and trolley stops, making it super convenient to explore this vibrant city. We loved the convenient location near the business centre and close to the Tenderloin District. The hotel had clean rooms with comfortable seating and umbrellas, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including the heated swimming pool and gym. Transportation options were abundant with nearby bus stops and the hop-on hop-off bus tour stop. it was a fantastic stay.
