We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and accommodating. They supplied extra tea and coffee for our room and allowed us an early check-in. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable with soft bedding. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel overall, as well as the facilities available. The swimming pool was a great addition, and we loved that it opened at 7am. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for our needs. It was a short distance from the city centre and provided us with a convenient base for our Bristol area short break holiday.

There was ample parking available, which was a plus for us. The transportation options were convenient, with a bus stop nearby for easy access to the city center. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast chef did a great job. this hotel provided a great experience for us.
