The hotel was clean and modern, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was great, right across from all the ferries, and we were able to walk to local highlights in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and clean, providing us with ample space and comfort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor seating areas in front of each room facing the pool. The location right on the harbor was perfect for day trips to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

We loved the hotel's convenient location in the midst of busy Hyannis. It was close to the harbor, restaurants, and shops. The Tower was a lovely place to stay in. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the courtyard with a fire pit and outdoor patio that overlooked the harbor. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool, and the kids were thrilled with the DVD player in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, handling the long check-in line with grace. The location was perfect for us, as it was right by the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The new facility was comfortable and had a wonderful patio area overlooking the harbor. The room itself was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the spacious seating area outside, the nice pool with a nearby bar, and the cozy fire pit. Additionally, the $20 parking fee was waived due to our delayed check-in.
