We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Tina, went above and beyond to assist us and were always very friendly. Our room on the 22nd floor was incredibly comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, as we could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go in the city. The hotel was also a short walking distance from subways and Penn Station. We even walked to the bus on Madison and Grand Central, although it was a bit longer of a walk. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the facilities were well-maintained. the best aspect was the hotel's convenient location close to everything in Times Square and 5th Avenue.

The location of this hotel is amazing - right in the heart of the city center, just steps away from Time Square and Madison Square Garden. It's so convenient being close to everything, including Penn Station and the Lincoln Tunnel. Additionally, the breakfast offered here is fantastic with options like eggs and bacon. The staff, particularly Totiana, was incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent customer service.
Almost perfect. However, the hotel's snack displays in the lobby were a bit tacky and cluttered with cheap snacks. It was not visually appealing upon entering and didn't leave a great impression of the brand.
We loved the hotel's perfect location, right near everything - the restaurants areas and the shopping areas. It was so close to Times Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful in suggesting a restaurant and providing recommendations for things to do. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including pancakes, French toast, and fresh fruit, all of which were delicious. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. The room was tidy and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were convenient, with a laptop safe and mini fridge in the room. The location was great, being near the bus terminal and within walking distance of a subway station in Midtown.
