The staff, including Von, Dom, Lenny, and Alisha, went above and beyond to accommodate us during our two-night stay. Their friendly service made a big difference, and I truly appreciated their efforts. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our room was spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax. the hotel's central location was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby PPG Paints Area.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
We loved the location! So many places to explore within walking distance, including PNC Park and Heinz Field. The hotel provided convenient parking for $25 a day, making it easy to get around with a car. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable!

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with my OCD wife being especially pleased. The staff, particularly David, provided excellent service during a difficult time for us. The hotel facilities were up to date, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in between the stadiums, with various food options within walking distance. the hotel was near the ball park and had endless entertainment options.
Could not be improved in any way.
