The rooms were huge and luxurious, and the location was excellent as it was close to everything we did in New Orleans.

Many rooms have at least amazing views.

Hot beverages are included in some rates.

Exceptional service; amenities are excellent.

Rates are good.

Occasional complaints about too soft beds.

A few staff members might seem incredibly slow at times.

The staff was wonderful and provided great recommendations for places to see and dine at. The location was perfect, just a block away from the port and outlet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like an angel. The view from the room was amazing.

Not one thing

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, and within walking distance of all attractions. It was close to everything but not too close, providing a convenient and peaceful atmosphere. I loved that the hotel was also close to the trolleys on Canal, making transportation around the city a breeze. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.

All was perfect.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and happy hour, which were great. The front desk and concierge staff, especially Antionette, were warm and welcoming, making us feel like valued guests throughout our 3-night stay. The room was clean, large, and lovely, with a super comfortable bed and an amazing view. The hotel facilities, including the saltwater lap pool and weights, were a hit, especially for my husband after a long day of walking around this city. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the convention center in the Warehouse District, close to the Mississippi River, and just a short walk away from the bustling French Quarter.
