The hotel had a variety of facilities, including restaurants and shops, and even a place for kids to play. I enjoyed the overall environment and had a great time. The arcade and roller coaster were a major plus, especially when traveling with my 15-year-old. We never got bored!
Everything was fantastic.
The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the nightly entertainment of the Dueling Pianos, which added a lively and enjoyable atmosphere to my stay. Additionally, finding seating in the food court area was never an issue, making it a great spot for people-watching during my time at the hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing, taking the time to answer all my questions and making me feel comfortable. The layout of the hotel was easy to navigate. The room was spacious and clean. The room service was fantastic, offering delicious food even at 3am. The piano bar and Irish pub were a lot of fun.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with no noise disturbance during the night. The hotel had great facilities, including a New York-themed arcade which our young son loved. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants, offering a taste of New York. The pool was a nice addition, and the fact that parking and Wi-Fi were free was a bonus. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to all the shops and restaurants, and conveniently located on the strip. The staff at reception were extremely helpful when we realized we had left our bag at the airport with our passport in it. They promptly provided us with the necessary contact information and made sure we could make the necessary arrangements. Checking in was relatively quick, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a lovely ambiance.

The casino had a unique and open atmosphere that made it feel less crowded compared to others on the strip.
The Downtown New York area within the casino was a cool and charming spot with cobblestone streets and shops.
Our room in the Chrysler building was spacious and nicely designed, with a great view.
The beds were comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, casino, restaurants.
The location was convenient and close to the T Mobile Arena.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
