The grounds were beautiful and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and the couch bed was great for our family. The location was awesome, away from traffic and noise, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, and there was ample parking available. The pool and Jacuzzi were conveniently located on the property. The breakfast offered juice and muffins, a simple but satisfying start to the day. The staff, especially the Front Desk Manager, Camilo Enriquez, and the security personnel, including Church, were friendly and ensured our safety.
Nothing it was perfect.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff were also impressive. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. the parking was convenient and easily accessible.
Nothing to complain about at all.
We loved the spaciousness of the hotel, it felt like an apartment rather than a standard hotel. The location was incredible, with breathtaking views of the harbor and easy access to a 5-star resort. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
