The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest. The concierge gave me great tips for watching the famous bats at Congress bridge. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown attractions, including the vibrant 6th street. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room was great. the hotel had excellent cleanliness and facilities.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the hotel. The staff was very nice, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was spacious and perfect for the three of us. The location was spot on, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The rooftop pool was great and we enjoyed spending time there.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in the area. Being in the business district of Downtown Austin, it was convenient for my convention and exploring the city. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me in finding parking for my truck when it didn't fit in the garage. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and I had a great experience with the service. I also enjoyed the 24-hour atrium bar/lounge area, which was quiet and perfect for working or dining.

The location is perfect, close to the lively bars on 6th street. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and bed. The hotel facilities, including the pool with music and the valet service, were top-notch. The staff provided excellent customer service, upgrading us to a better room for our honeymoon and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The surprise of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries in the room was a lovely touch.
