We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like a spa, swimming pools, and free beach towel service. The location was convenient, with a large mall nearby and easy access to the beach. The staff was outstanding, from the friendly and helpful servers at the buffet to the welcoming reception staff. Special shoutouts to Fidel on the beach, Eliot at the desk, Pedro in the restaurant, and Manuel at night for their excellent service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, especially the orange flavored water, french toast, and pancakes with syrup.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff. The facilities, including the family and adult pools, were great. The location directly across from La Isla Shopping Mall made it easy for us to go shopping after enjoying a delicious breakfast. Plus, we couldn't get enough of the beautiful beach just steps away from the hotel.
It was all superb.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to the shopping center across the street. The adult-only area was an added bonus for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and had a great jacuzzi tub on the balcony. The staff, especially Oscar and Paolo, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time with their activities throughout the day and night.
No AC and king size bed request not accommodated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, in the heart of the hotel zone and with a beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
