The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable pillows. The staff was extra helpful and provided great customer service. The breakfast was good, and the hotel had lovely grounds with ponds. The pool area was well-maintained and had plenty of towels.

This hotel has the best location, being very close to downtown and the San Marcos Highway. It is incredibly convenient to explore downtown Santa Barbara. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, including the beautiful garden with a pond filled with fish, ducks, turtles, and koi. The continental breakfast provided is satisfying, with plenty of seating available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and despite its proximity to the freeway, the room was surprisingly quiet. The grounds were beautiful, with a large water feature filled with lily pads and carp. I was delighted to spot a great blue heron, egret, various ducks, and two turtles. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, with high-quality coffee and pastries. I also loved the heated pool, which made swimming even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, situated between Santa Barbara and Los Olivos, and transportation options were convenient.
