We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was outstanding, with easy access to everything in this city. Plus, it was right across the street from Penn station, making it convenient for using the subway. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with clean beds and fluffy white towels that were changed daily. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the beautiful lobby area. The staff were kind and helpful, and they even went above and beyond to provide us with a kettle and toaster upon request. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and had kitchen facilities, which was really convenient. The hotel also had a launderette on-site, making it easy for us to do laundry. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the concierge lady. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to Penn Station and with easy access to transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a fridge.

We also appreciated the shops nearby for any last-minute needs and the Starbucks just across the street for morning coffee. The hotel staff went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our bags with the concierge on our last day so we could continue exploring. The room itself was perfectly fine, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The two bathrooms were a great convenience, especially for a group of women. we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
