The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pool area with its cold towels and great poolside service. The staff were absolutely amazing, providing the best service I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile and the personal attention continued throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from and the staff, especially Roman, took great care of me every morning. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return.

Our stay at this hotel was truly magnificent thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, they took care of everything, including parking our car. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the pool area. One staff member, Mohammed, went above and beyond to ensure our relaxation and satisfaction. He even personally made sure that anything we needed from our car was brought to us immediately. This made us feel like true VIPs in a luxury hotel. On the day of our check-out, Mohammed even gave us a special gift and apology for a small delay with our luggage. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of options and a non-kosher menu. We highly recommend this hotel for its friendly and welcoming staff.

Everything exceeded my expectations, from the stunning entrance and beautifully decorated bedrooms to the relaxing pool area and delightful dining areas. The staff were always polite, friendly, and efficient, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel's layout created a calm and relaxed atmosphere, allowing me to switch off from the "day to day" and fully enjoy my stay. The room was not only beautiful and clean, but it also had a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I dined in each of the hotel's restaurants and was never left hungry or unsatisfied. I can't wait to go back!
