The staff, particularly Chris from Buffalo, was excellent and gave us great service. The hotel's location near restaurants and the beach made it convenient. The pool staff and beach team were always available, providing towels and refreshments without any wait. The hotel provided transportation options, including a reliable taxi service with a driver named Simon who had a clean and comfortable 4x4 vehicle.
