Cleanliness was impeccable. Hotel facilities were top-notch. Ample parking available. Convenient transportation provided. Easy access to shopping area at set times. Multiple restaurants offered a variety of options. Plenty of pool space and beach space. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Everything was fantastic.
Upon arrival at this hotel, I was greeted by the friendly staff who welcomed me with roses and balloons, making me feel special right from the start.
The location, north of the hotel zone, offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast at Capricho was delicious, with live music adding to the enjoyable experience.
The staff, including our butler Robin and bartender Enrique, provided exceptional service and made us feel at home.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the staff taking great care to ensure a high level of hygiene. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the stunning swim-up suite that we stayed in to the amazing spa experience at Zentropia. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shopping area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions and provide excellent service.
