I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being cleaned and linens changed daily to a high standard. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities like a fridge, coffee machine, and a safe in the room. The location was perfect, very close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, which was convenient for my meetings. Additionally, being right next to a police station made me feel safe and secure. The hotel was also within walking distance to popular attractions like the Empire State Building. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly John who went out of his way to assist me.

We loved that our whole family of seven could stay in one room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had plenty of space to move around and store our luggage. It was also quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient as there were nice restaurants within walking distance and a great bagel shop nearby.

We loved everything about the "Family" room. It was spacious, providing total comfort for a family with young children. The room had a sophisticated boutique feel and was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Penn Station and close to vibrant areas with plenty of bars and restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to explore this city.

We were a family of 8, and this hotel was perfect for us! The location was very convenient, just a mile walk to Times Square, and it made us feel safer being right next to a police precinct. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised to have a bath in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even spoke Italian, which made us feel right at home. We could easily walk to local attractions, shops, and Broadway shows from the hotel.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spacious and clean room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
